The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 release date in the United States have been cleared for launch by the FCC as the final U.S. bound model has passed through its clutches ahead of the highly anticipated Galaxy Note 4 release date in the U.S.

At its Unpacked 2014 launch event on September 3rd, Samsung took the stage and introduced several new products including an Apple Watch competitor called Gear S, a new product category in the Galaxy Note Edge, and an iPhone 6 Plus competitor dubbed Galaxy Note 4. The Galaxy Note 4 is the company’s new flagship Galaxy Note and it will replace the Galaxy Note 3 at some point later on this year.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 release rumors point to October 3rd and 10th.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 release rumors point to October 3rd, 10th and the week of the 13th.

On stage, Samsung confirmed the Galaxy Note 4 release date for October, both globally and for the United States. However, the company and its partners failed to elaborate leaving consumers hanging as Apple gears up for its iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus release date that kicks off on Friday.

While the specific Galaxy Note 4 release date remains missing in action, we’ve seen it make progress behind the scenes. Today, the Galaxy Note 4 release date in the United States took what could be its final step towards its release as the country’s fifth and final variant has been cleared for arrival sometime in the not-so-distant future.

We’ve seen international variants pass through Bluetooth certifications and the FCC, two bodies that need to look it over before it can be released. We’ve also seen the AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon Galaxy Note 4 variants cruise past the FCC on their way to shelves. Now, after a bit of a wait, the fifth confirmed Galaxy Note 4 has moved past the FCC on its way to shelves.

The U.S. Cellular Galaxy Note 4 has been caught cruising through the FCC which means that we’re now one big step closer to the Galaxy Note 4 release date on U.S. Cellular and perhaps, on other carriers as well. The filing doesn’t spill any details about the specific Galaxy Note 4 release date though it’s a sign of progress.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 release date is still looking good for October and in recent days, we’ve seen several dates pop up ahead of Samsung’s official announcements. Dutch retailers have pointed to an estimated Galaxy Note 4 release on October 10th. A more recent listing on Amazon points to October 3rd. To add to the confusion, Clove UK is saying that it expects the Galaxy Note 4 release during the week of October 13th.

The retailer doesn’t call out a specific release date which means that if Clove is spot on, consumers can expect it somewhere between October 13th to October 17th. While this applies to the UK, the UK is typically on the front lines of key Samsung releases which means that we could see a global release that week as well.

A recent report out of Korea alludes to an early Galaxy Note 4 release date in Korea though it appears that that date might only apply to Samsung’s home country. For now, the U.S. Galaxy Note 4 release date looks set for October and now that we’ve seen all five models pass by the FCC, we could see announcements confirmed key details. By then though, the iPhone 6 will already be out.

Apple’s iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are both set to arrive this Friday which means that they will almost certainly beat the Galaxy Note 4 to shelves in the U.S. and elsewhere.

The Galaxy Note 4 release date remains out of reach, we do know what to expect from the Galaxy Note 4 specs. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will be loaded up with new features including a new 5.7-inch Quad HD display, Snapdragon 805 processor from Qualcomm, 16MP camera with Optical Image Stabilization, new design that features plastic and metal, 32GB of storage, Android 4.4.4 KitKat, new software, and a brand new S Pen.

It’s more like Apple has finally given in and has something only comparable to maybe a Note 2 1/2.
Note 4 is such an obvious choice for people that just look at the facts.

Only conceivable advantage to iphone6+is that it’s water resistant. Big deal.

This article is obviously intended for the part of the population that wouldn’t know if this guy was telling the truth or not. He couldn’t be more wrong on several points. Samsung isn’t introducing an iPhone 6 competitor Apple is introducing the competitor. Samsung’s smart watch was already in the market. It’s Apple who is playing catch up and introducing a watch to compete with several that are already available. Ugh! Sloppy ‘reporting’.

Gotta be lame asses! You guys are ignorant! Report something accurate for once. After that you can move on and try something original. Likely not, but maybe…
