You can count on the rest of the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare reviews in the coming days, which will reveal more information, but here are two reviews to help buyers decide if Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is worth buying on new consoles like the PS4 and Xbox One or on the Xbox 360 and PS3.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Reviews

The first Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare review is from Steven Burns at VideoGamer. The publication purchased a copy of the PS4 Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare version early to complete and share the review ahead of the release and the rest of the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare reviews.

Burns reviews the single player and multiplayer modes of the new Call of Duty, including the new weapons, exoskeletons and other upgrades and features.

According to this review, the new exoskeletons add to the game in interesting ways, acting as a defensive tool more than an offensive weapon. The Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare weapons no longer feel like a “potato gun” according to Burns, who says the gun audio and feedback is, “phenomenally good,” in this game.

We also get a look at the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare campaign review, which is good, but not the main reason to buy this game. This is essential reading before you go out to buy the game.

If you want a deep dive into the multiplayer  part of the game this second Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare review is the one to watch. The video review below from JNasty, who delves into the multiplayer component and the maps in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

There is no in-game footage, it is just his “honest” Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare review. In short, he is not excited about the fact that;

  • The graphics on the Xbox 360 are a big challenge, and you shouldn’t buy it on these.
  • Using your exoskeleton will reveal your place on the maps
  • The new powerups are too powerful and not varied enough
  • Most maps are not good according to this player
  • Tons of details on the weapons, including sniper, SMGs and others that you need to watch to see.

The 14-minute Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare review video below outlines what JNasty thinks about this new Call of Duty game, and how it compares to multiplayer on the older Call of Duty games.
