Then of course we have to mention the impressive brand new HTC-made Nexus 9 tablet released last month. It's the newest tablet released this year, has the most to offer, and is Google's latest premium Android tablet.

Coming with a 8.9-inch beautiful HD display, a powerful 64-bit processor with 2GB of RAM, the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop, dual front facing speakers, and an 8 megapixel camera the Nexus 9 is probably the best tablet of the year for Android users.

Google's new Nexus 9 has a 4:3 aspect ratio similar to iPads vs the long and skinny look of all other Android tablets. It's easy to hold, runs flawlessly, and is one of your best choices if you're getting an Android tablet. Add in the great design, front speakers, aluminum frame, and Android 5.0 with a promise to quick updates, this is a great tablet.
