Last but not least is one of the older devices on our list, the Lenovo S930. The company recently bought Motorola and will be looking to release more smartphones in the US, but some of their bigger phones can still be found. The S930 was released last year, but offers a huge 6-inch display and only costs $170. Running on an updated Android 4.4 KitKat, the S930 comes with a 1.3 Ghz MediaTek Quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM, 8 GB of storage, and an 8 megapixel camera all on a 6-inch 720p HD smartphone. It may not be the best, but is a good big screen smartphone for the price. It packs a 3,000 mAh battery and should work with GSM carriers. There's no 4G LTE, but should get fast HSPA+ speeds. | ||||||
