5 Small Screen Android Phones That Are Worth Buying

Published

HTC One Remix

HTC One Remix

The HTC One M8 "Mini" for 2014 was released as the HTC One Mini for most regions, but on Verizon Wireless it was released as the HTC One Remix. Both of these are nearly the same phone, and it's an excellent small screen Android device too.

From Verizon it's only $50 on contact, or less with some recently announced deals, and it has nearly everything you'd want in a phone. Like it's bigger brother you have an all aluminum design, dual front facing speakers, and a powerful 1.2 GHz quad-core processor with 1.5GB of RAM. It packs a 4.5-inch 720p HD display, a 13 megapixel camera 5M on the front, and a micro-SD slot for storage expansion. It's currently running Anroid 4.4 KitKat, but should see Android 5.0 Lollipop in 2015.

What a hell? Why do you say that 5 inch displays are small?? They are huge!

They seem large, but they’re talking about the diagonal measurement. As someone who has owned both a moto x and a Droid mini, they both felt incredibly small, and the size difference between the moto x and an iPhone 5 or SE is negligible.

Not compared to my Huawei X2 phone with its 7 inch screen.
