2015 Moto X Release: 5 Things You Need to Know

In past years Motorola announced the phone(s) and then released them a few weeks later in the same month. This year we're expecting it to be available on July 28th from most carriers, or arrive a few weeks later in early August.

Earlier this year on Twitter Motorola even responded to a question about the release, saying they aim to stick to the same annual release cycle. That lead many to expect the Moto X to arrive in September, but with an announcement on July 28th in New York City, the new Moto devices will be released the same day, or in early August.

Either way, some new smartphones from Motorola will be available to buy within the next 45 days or so.
