Apple's iOS 8.4 update is in its third beta for developers, second for those in the Beta Software Program, and there's talk of another iOS 8.4 beta in the near future. The software is still buggy and with a release rumored for late June, there's still plenty of time for another beta release to testers. iOS 9 rumors point to the release of an iOS 9 beta ahead of the iOS 9 release date. The iOS 9 beta is rumored to be coming to developers first and then to Apple’s new Beta Software Program testers. If Apple does what it did last year, release it shortly after the keynote, we could see iOS 8.4 and iOS 9 betas released side-by-side. And while the iOS 8.4 update should come out of beta in the near future, the iOS 9 update will likely spend a few months in there getting poked and prodded ahead of a fall release. | ||||||
