The Ratchet and Clank PS4 release date was originally supposed to land in 2015. However, the companies involved were forced to the delay its release until next year. 

Right now, Ratchet and Clank is confirmed for a Spring 2016 release. Spring starts on March 20th which means that the game could arrive in and around that date.

However, with the Ratchet and Clank movie is slated to arrive in April, we might see a PS4 release sometime over the course of that month. 

It's not clear if we'll get a concrete PS4 Ratchet and Clank release date at E3 2015 or if the companies will wait to make that announcement on another date. E3 or not, we expect to hear a concrete release date well ahead of the game's arrival.
