What Toys-to-Life We Expect at E3 2015: Skylanders & More

Lego Dimensions is the newest entry into the category. The familiar add-on toys from every other game in the toys-to-life category is here too, but with a different take on figures. Lego Dimensions players still get figures and a portal to get their characters into the game, but you actually build the figures yourself. Lord of the Rings, Back to the Future and Batman are all on tap for Lego Dimensions. Read: Are Lego Dimensions the New Amiibo & Skylanders Craze? E3 2015 kicks off on Monday, January 15th with announcements from both Sony and Microsoft. We should hear more about these toys-to-life games throughout the show, but Nintendo has a briefing of its own scheduled for Tuesday, January 16th. Activision, who has makes Skylanders, has already confirmed that we'll see more of that game during the trade show. | |||||
