In the Star Wars: Battlefront gameplay trailer we see that Boba Fett isn't the only one with a jet pack. During the firefight we see multiple players floating around Hoth on jetpacks that boost the player out of danger, above an enemy to a vantage point or just to some cover.

Most of the rebels in the game feature jetpacks on their back, which helps even the odds against AT-ST and AT-AT Walkers.

Players can not use jetpacks to fly without stopping. There is a limited use before the jet pack must recharge.
