Rory Mcilroy PGA Tour (Xbox One & PS4) - July 14th

Rory Mcilory PGA Tour is the rebirth of a franchise almost. Video game developer EA Sports is focusing on the things golf fans love, providing while trying to remove the things they didn’t.

A big part of golfing is the environment itself and Rory Mcilory PGA Tour is doing its best to provide that experience. Going from whole to whole won’t require the game to throw users out back to a loading screen. That seems to be a byproduct of not supporting last generation consoles. Commentary will feel authentic with broadcasters Frank Nobilo and Richer Lerner commenting on each swing. Multiplayer is back and a special Night Club area will let users compete for higher scores against their friends.

The only major drawbacks for Rory Mcilroy PGA Tour seem to be its rather limited stable of courses. Only eight real world courses will be available when the game launches on July 14th, but more will come over time. Rory Mcilroy PGA Tour 16 is already available for purchase in both the Xbox Store and PlayStation Store digitally. GameStop also offers pre-orders for $60.
