Today, Apple stopped signing off on the iOS 8.3 update which means that you can no longer take advantage of the downgrade loophole. So once you download and install iOS 8.4, you're going to be stuck there. That makes your decision that much more important. This is especially true if you're still on iOS 7 and you've been holding out. Don’t do it, it wiped my phone completely, to the point that I can’t seem to get it back, iTunes can’t find it! Not happy
