Galaxy Note 5 Launch Date: August or September?

We haven't seen any media invites for a Galaxy Note 5 launch event and Galaxy Note 5 launch rumors have not been able to nail down a specific date. So as of right now, we don't know exactly when you'll be able to compare the Galaxy Note 5 spec sheet to the Galaxy S6 spec sheet. We do have some clues though.

Galaxy Note 5 launch rumors have pointed to a familiar August-September launch window for the device. This makes sense given that Samsung's favorite launch location, IFA, is set to kick off in Berlin, Germany on September 4th.

There's a very good chance that we'll see invites to an event sent out in August and the actual Galaxy Note 5 launch date take place in late August or early September. If we were trying to decide between these two phones, those would be the key months that we'd circle. July is too early and October is too late.
