The iPod touch price is still $199 to start, with options that go up to $399 but that model is only available direct from Apple.

Users can choose from 16GB, 32GB, 64GB and 128GB iPod touch storage options. the 128GB iPod touch is only available direct from Apple, and you may need to order it online.

The 16GB iPod touch is $199, 32GB is $249, 64GB is $299 and the 128GB is $399. Although the 16GB iPod touch may be enough for light users, if you plan to carry a lot of games, HD movies and photos a higher capacity model is a good idea.

For the higher price, the only change is the storage amount.
