10 Important iOS 8.4.1 Release Details

Developers have been digging around for a few days now and the iOS 8.4.1 update, in its current form, doesn't bring Home Sharing for Music for iOS back to iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. It's possible that this will be a late addition but we wouldn't get our hopes up. For those who don't know, Apple's iOS 8.4 update killed Home Sharing for Music on iOS devices. It's something that's frustrated a lot of people but it's a feature that Apple will be bringing back in the future. Just maybe not with iOS 8.4.1. Apple confirmed that it's working to bring the feature back iOS 9 and so iPhone and iPad users might have to wait until its release in the fall for the feature's triumphant return. If you haven't downloaded iOS 8.4 yet and you use this feature, keep this in mind before you jump to iOS 8.4.1. If it doesn't have a fix, it will break Home Sharing for Music as well. | |||||||||||
