OnePlus 2 Hits 1 Million Pre-orders

We can't really call them "pre-orders" but the invite list has already grown to over 1 million potential buyers, which is extremely good news for the infant smartphone manufacturer. OnePlus confirmed this on the blog late last night, and it's at 1.14 million as of right now, which is both good and bad news.

Last year they couldn't meet the demand, and this year claim they have 30-50 times more units than the original, which should hopefully be enough so that anyone that wants to buy, can. That being said, 1 million is a pretty big number, so users could see a few small delays come August 11th.

There's no word yet on if the company will be able to meet that goal, not to mention not everyone will be buying now that we learned there is no micro-SD slot, and no NFC for Android Pay coming with Android M later this year, so even though the numbers are over 1 million, we don't see that many people buying on day one.

One Plus is calling it “the Flagship killer”, for that price more likely the Annihilator ! There’s nothing on the market right now including the iPhone 6 Plus that can compare to it. I can’t wait to buy one two ! LOL
