10 Best Windows 10 Accessories & Software Extras
Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter | ||||||||||
At first, Windows’ wireless display integration was rudimentary at best. Processor maker Intel basically handled everything. It’s WiDi really was the only way to try the technology. Microsoft added better support for wireless displays with Windows 8.1, letting users ditch the dedicated Intel WiDi utility. Windows 10 doesn’t add any new features to Wireless Display, but does make it easier to find. Wireless Display is now housed in the Action Center for easy access with a mouse or touch. The Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter is one of the solutions Microsoft offers directly to users. $59.99 gets users an HDMI dongle that connects to a USB port for extra power. Once it’s been through the setup process Windows 10 PCs can see it on the network and treat a television or display as a wireless monitor. Awesome accessories. I would also highly recommend the Lightline 1250 by Lumiy which has USB charging and one of THE best LED desk lamp on the market. These are super bright, under $50, and fantastic value for money.
