The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is available through Best Buy and carrier locations though it hasn't popped up yet at other retailers like Amazon and Target. 

When Samsung announced the Galaxy Note 5, it confirmed plans to release it through Amazon.com, BestBuy.com, Costco Wholesale, Inc., Sam's Club, Target and also in select Walmart stores. As of right now, only Best Buy is offering the Note 5.

Best Buy has a close relationship with Samsung (it hosts Samsung Experience shops inside of its walls) and it looks like the retailer is getting first dibs on Samsung's flagship. We wouldn't expect that exclusivity to hold for much longer though. 

At some point in the near future, probably on or around the actual release date, we'll see these other carriers launch the Galaxy Note 5. So, if you really want a wide range of purchasing options, you might want to wait for the actual Galaxy Note 5 release date before making your move.
