There are going to be iOS 9 problems. No doubt about it. The betas will help Apple wipe out some of the biggest issues but there will still be problems that slip through the cracks. Fortunately, you own an iPhone and you can expect Apple to work fast to patch things up. 

We'd expect Apple to deliver an iOS 9.0.1 update or an iOS 9.0.x update of some kind a few days after the initial iOS 9 release to patch up the most glaring issues. This is standard practice and we'd be surprised if Apple waited a month before delivering fixes for iOS 9 problems.
