The new Madden 16 Draft Champions mode is my favorite way to play. Madden Ultimate Team is fun, but with Draft Champions you can start with an amazing team in minutes.

This mode includes a fast 15 round draft including a coach, players for top positions and an elite player that can make the difference. You can play online or offline and there are rewards if you win a short series of games. One loss and you have to start over, but the draft is half the fun.
