This is a mandatory update for any Destiny player, even if they don’t plan to pay for the new Taken King expansion. Gamers need 18GB of storage space free on Xbox One and PS4 for this update and those playing on PS3 and Xbox 360 should make sure they have 10-20GB free. This is a free Destiny update. The Destiny: The Taken King release date is September 15th on disk and digital. If you buy a physical copy of Destiny: The Taken King it is $59.99 and includes all the earlier expansions and raids. Users who already own Destiny can purchase a digital download of the Destiny: The Taken King expansion on this date as well.

We’ve yet to hear about midnight Destiny: The Taken King release date events, but there is a chance that some will be available for users who want the physical copy of the game.

 

The final step in this trio of Destiny releases is the Destiny King’s Fall release date. You don’t need to wait long to play this massive and challenging new Destiny raid. The Destiny King’s Fall release date is September 18th. The new raid will go live at 10AM Pacific, 1 PM Eastern on this day.

Players who accept the challenge will take on Oryx in a six person party on the new Dreadnaught location in Destiny: The Taken King. This is a giant spaceship near Saturn, that plays a role in the new release.

In Destiny: The Taken King players can now level up to 40, which may be a grand idea before embarking on the new King’s Fall raid.
