Android 6.0 Release Date: 8 Things to Get Excited About

At Google I/O, Google confirmed plans to deliver a new feature called Android Pay. Android Pay is similar to Android Wallet, a platform that you're probably already familiar with, but it's likely going to be much easier to use. Instead of using Wallet's convoluted process (apps, pin, etc), Android Pay will allow you to pay for goods and services by holding the phone up to a credit card terminal. If you've set up your account properly, you should be able to waltz out with your groceries or burrito. Android Marshmallow is bringing fingerprint recognition along with it and that feature should tie-in with Google's updated mobile payment platform. We're excited to use it out in the real world and we think it's going to be a key Marshmallow ingredient. Android Pay will reportedly arrive for Verizon customers on September 16th, ahead of Google's rumored Nexus launch. | |||||||||

Will the 2013 Nexus 7 get Android 6.0? The tablet is only 2 years old, so Google should support it for one more year

It should be much better in specifications than Kitkat or Lollypop, which I would say are quite flops. So next big thing is coming soon – Android M. Can’t wait more !!!
