If you haven't downloaded the iPhone 6 iOS 9.0.2 update yet, you should be paying it some attention ahead of the iOS 9.1 release. For some of you, the update is going to be an excellent upgrade. It fixes some frustrating problems, brings security patches, and it improves the Podcasts application. We've been using it for a week and we haven't seen any major problems with it. Then again, if you're having a great experience on iOS 9.0.1 or iOS 9.0 or something older, it may not be worth the risk with an iOS 9.1 release so close. Small updates like iOS 9.0.2 can have a big impact on performance and we've spoken to several iPhone 6 users who are displeased with iOS 9.0.2. If you're feeling leery ahead of iOS 9.1, keep an eye on iOS 9.0.2 feedback. Having gone through your list of 10 things, I’d like to highlight a problem LOADS of iPhone5s owners are having with iOS9.0.2. Contrary to Apple’s claim that it extends battery life we’ve found through experience it actually HALVES battery life. This is a BIG fault and needs fixing in iOS9.1
