U.S. Android 6.0 Release Among First

That said, we do expect the U.S. Galaxy Android 6.0 Marshmallow release to be among the first to arrive. 

The U.S. is a key battleground for Samsung and we've seen the company's Galaxy smartphone launches and Galaxy Android releases focus on the U.S. and its popular carriers. We expect more of the same from the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update. Signs are already pointing in that direction.

Samsung supposedly has a number of Android 6.0 Marshmallow updates in development and many of those updates are for top devices on top U.S. carriers like AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. We've also seen the Marshmallow beta reach some users in the U.S.

We expect there to be an emphasis on the United States but again, we wouldn't expect to see concrete plans revealed ahead of time.
