With the iOS 9.1 beta 5 out, now would be a great time to help Apple improve the software as the testing winds down. 

Apple is offering the iOS 9.1 beta through the Beta Software Program. The program allows you to report bugs and issues to the company so that it can fix the problems ahead of the public release. The program seems to have helped.

While there are iOS 9 problems, the software is nowhere near as bad as the iOS 8 and iOS 7 updates that arrived the two previous years. Neither one of them went through a public beta before their public release.
