Apple's iOS updates require a 50% charge or greater to install Over-the-Air through Settings. If you're not at 50%, you won't be able to download the update. So, track down a power source and plug in. You don't need to be at a specific % charge if you're plugged into a wall or computer. |

I updated iPad to 9.1 last night 10/27/15. This morning, Google app won’t open and bricks the device. It took me 3 tries to get iPad to shut down so I could reboot. NEVER had a problem before 9.1. Confidence? I think not

I don’t know about the google app but I lost all my contacts and cannot re-load them. This is a big problem – any fixes?
