Published

on

With just a few days to go before the Fallout 4 release date, we’ve been putting the release under the microscope. Today, we want to break it down even further and take a look at a few things to know about the Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition release with less than two weeks to go.

Its been several months since Bethesda trotted out Fallout 4 at E3 2015 in Los Angeles. And during that time, we’ve seen tons and tons of Fallout 4 release information emerge for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.

As we approach the Fallout 4 release date, we’ve started to see the most important pre-release details fall into place. Bethesda’s confirmed everything from the Fallout 4 release time to the Fallout 4 file size to the Fallout 4 PC specs.

We’ve also seen new and important Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition details emerge as we get close to its November 10th release date.

The Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition has been a source of joy, and frustration, for many fans of the Fallout series. The collectors version of the game is an exciting addition to the Fallout 4 release date but it remains difficult to find ahead of next month’s release. Difficult but not impossible.

We’ve been doing our best to prepare Fallout 4 buyers ahead of the game’s release and today we want to take a look at a few of the more important things owners, and buyers, need to know about the Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition ahead of its release in 13 days.

No Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition Pre-Load

No Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition Pre-Load

Yesterday, Bethesda confirmed plans to offer a pre-load for the PC, Xbox One and PS4 versions of Fallout 4. Microsoft is already offering a pre-load, 13 days before the Fallout 4 release date.

While this was probably obvious to some of you, it wasn't so obvious to others: You won't be able to pre-load Fallout 4 if you ordered the Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition. The collectors edition doesn't come with a digital version of the game.

So, like everyone else who bought the physical version of the game, you'll be forced to install the game whenever you get your copy. We assume that some stores will have Fallout 4 Pip Boy Editions on hand for the midnight release but you'll want to call ahead to make sure before you head down to your local Best Buy.

I find it dumb-founding that Beth doesn’t just have list ppl can sign-up to get the pip-boy edition. And anybody who wants one can get one….stop telling us lame BS about the only manufacturing company on the earth that doesn’t want to make more product and money?

It’s not that they don’t want money, it’s a value thing. The more of something out there the less valuable it is and vise versa. It sucks that there is such a limited number out there, but it also makes it that much more valuable. Not BS, just smart strategy to create higher value.

gruntsalot it’s a collectors edition, a low production count is the while point of collectors. I mean if you bought art print and it said #400 of 10,000,000 it wouldn’t feel like particularly collectable art print.
