The report from 9to5Mac claims the Apple plans an iPad Pro release date in stores and online on the same day. CultofMac's source did not mention any difference between online and in store orders.

There is a chance that Apple will start online orders a few days before an in-store release date, which would allow orders to arrive on doorsteps the same day as the device goes on sale in stores -- but that is only speculation at this point.

Just don't expect to walk into every electronics store and pick up an iPad Pro this week.
