Although not the longest running Christmas special, this is one that we look forward to watching every year.

For the 50th anniversary of the show you can watch A Charlie Brown Christmas on TV at 9 PM. The short Christmas special airs on ABC at 9 PM Eastern. This year, due to the 50th anniversary of the show, there is an hour-long special, It’s Your 50th Christmas, Charlie Brown! that airs at 8 PM Eastern. You should be able to watch these at 8 PM and 9 PM Pacific, as the show will not air at the same time on both coasts.

You can set your DVR to record and watch A Charlie Brown Christmas through the holiday season, but you can also stream it online and buy it from several sources. We searched for the A Charlie Brown Christmas Netflix stream and came up empty, but we did find a A Charlie Brown Christmas YouTube stream that offers the full TV special.

This may not stay online for long, but if you want to watch, it is one place to start. The video above features slightly changed audio. It isn’t clear if this is an attempt to keep this online or if it is due to the restoration done on some version of the movie. We verified that the iTunes version features better audio that sounds more like the TV special we watch each year.

Although you may not be able to watch this second version on every device, Daily Motion allows users to stream A Charlie Brown Christmas with the original audio intact. Click here to watch this version online.

Once A Charlie Brown Christmas airs on TV we don’t expect to see it again many more times this year. The networks only show classics like this and Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer once a year.
