Not Finding the App You're Looking For

While it's not a technical problem, it's certainly still a problem that many users encounter in the App Store: not finding the right app that you're looking for.

There are so many apps in the App Store, and a ton of different clones of some popular apps, so doing a search for "Instagram" could pop up dozens of different Instagram apps, but all you really want is the official Instagram app.

When looking for an app, make sure that you look at the developer's name, which is in gray just below the app name itself. Make sure that it's the official developer of the app. Usually, for apps like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc., the developer's name will also be the same name as the app.
