You knew this was coming.

Apple's no longer signing off on the iOS 9.1 update which means that there is no longer a way to drop your iPhone 6s back down to iOS 9.1. 

The loophole is plugged up forever and if you make the move to iOS 9.2 you'll be stuck there. Something to think about if you haven't made the move to Apple's new upgrade yet.
