Awakening Black Ops 3 DLC: 5 Reasons We’re Excited

Splash and Gauntlet

There are three completely new Black Ops 3 maps in the first DLC map pack. Splash, Rise and Gauntlet deliver new opportunities to wallrun, fight underwater and thrust jump around a variety of situations. 

Splash is the new Black Ops 3 map that we are most excited to play. This is set in an abandoned waterpark with opportunities to go underwater, run through slides and more. It's bright, vibrant and as inviting as a bullet riddled theme park can be. 

The Guantlet is another map that we want to play ASAP. This is set in three different environments, one for each lane on the map. Depending where you go you will fight in a jungle, a snowy setting or a urban alleyway. 

Rise looks fun, and we do wnat to play this map, but at first glance the preview videos leav use wanting Splash and Gauntlet the most from the selection of new maps.
