Fallout 4 Mods

In addition to Fallout 4 DLC, Bethesda is planning to release official Fallout 4 mods for PC, Xbox One and PS4. Right now, Fallout 4 mods are limited to the PC.

Bethesda remains mum on many of the specifics but there are a few things we want to recap. One, the Fallout 4 mod tool won't be released for Xbox One or PS4. It will be an exclusive to the PC. Bethesda has said this over and over again.

Bethesda's Pete Hines recently shed some more light on how Fallout 4 mods will work telling one gamer that the "idea is that you could do it all from within game menu.”

The company has said that it plans to make modding as easy as possible for PC and console owners so this makes a lot of sense.

We still don't have release dates but remember, Bethesda has said that it would release the mod tool in "early 2016" so we're almost certainly getting closer to an announcement.

Keep an eye and an ear open in February and March.
