To make things even better, the Galaxy S7 will have a "Adaptive Fast Charging" or Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 technology, as well as wireless charging, and fast wireless charging. Users won't need a replaceable battery because it will last all day, and recharge faster than any phone ever released when it does need a recharge. Quick Charge 2.0 lets the Galaxy S7 recharge from 0-50% in roughly 20-25 minutes, and fully recharge the Galaxy S7 in about 80 minutes. This is extremely fast. It speeds up the first 10-80% to unusually fast speeds, then trickle charges the rest of the way to preserve the life of the battery. Sadly, we can confirm that while it could support it, the Galaxy S7 does not have Quick Charge 3.0 technology. It's only QC 2.0. At the end of the day, the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge look to be some of the best phones Samsung's ever released.
