You may have already turned this on when setting up the iPhone SE, but if someone at the store rushed you through the iPhone setup options you might have missed this very helpful option. Go to Settings -> General -> Siri -> Allow "Hey Siri" to On. Once you tap on this you will need to train Hey Siri to listen for your voice. This takes about 15 seconds, and is best done in a quiet place. You'll need to say Hey Siri several times and some phrases to train the feature to respond to your voice. Read: Siri Tips & Tricks Once done, you can say "Hey Siri" to activate Siri without touching any buttons. You don't need to be plugged into power for this to work either. Once you say, "Hey Siri", you can ask Siri anything you would normally ask.
