We've been asking for an option to appear offline on PS4 since the system launched and it is finally here. Say you want to play some games without your friends and you don't want to explain that, you can turn this on an you will not show up as online on PS4. This is also handy if you don't want your boss to know your spending your day playing PS4 in your cubicle with Remote Play. Gamers who share a gamertag publicly for competitions, for reporting and who are developers will enjoy this feature. Go to your Profile from the top menu options and then change Online Status to Appear Offline. | |||||||

Most of this seems pretty creepy! I didn’t see anything that interested me, but people who wish to leverage their computer to play games while away from the PS4 will like it.
