So you have the Galaxy S6 and can't wait to replace it with something else. Well, when is the Galaxy Note 7 coming you ask? Very soon.

Last year the Note 5 was announced in mid August and released two weeks later. In 2016 the Galaxy Note 7 should be announced on or around August 2nd and released within two weeks. So before August 16th. One rumor says it will be announced and released on the 2nd, so we'll have to wait and see.

Above is a photo that recently leaked which may or may not be real. It reportedly confirms the name will be the Galaxy Note 7 (not 6), that it's coming August 2nd, and teases the "next edge is around the corner" suggesting it will indeed have a curved screen. That could be a reason some S6 owners don't buy it, but we're hoping a flat model is available too.

At the end of the day all Galaxy S6 owners need to know is a very similar yet vastly improved phone is getting announced in early August, one that may be worth upgrading to for a better experience across the board and a bigger screen. Not everyone needs the latest and greatest, but it will have plenty to offer and will be a great companion for Pokemon GO players.
