7 Reasons the Galaxy Note 7 Beats the iPhone 7 Plus

Adaptive Fast Charging

Over the past few years we've seen a new technology emerge that makes recharging our smartphones faster than ever before. It's called Qualcomm Quick Charge, Quick Charge 2.0 and even 3.0, or Samsung calls it Adaptive Fast Charging.

This allows the phone to recharge quickly (and safely, usually) from 0-50% in around 25 minutes, and fully recharge to 100% in roughly 90 minutes. It's one of the best aspects of the Galaxy Note 7, and most Android phones these days. Some even have a faster Quick Charge 3.0 technolog that's even better.

And while Apple's chargers do put out a pretty high output for faster charging speeds, it's pretty crazy to think Apple still hasn't developed some sort of fast charging technology to compete with Samsung, Android, OnePlus, and many other devices that have more than enough battery after a quick 20 minute drive home.

iPhone owners are always searching for a wall to recharge, even though the new iPhone 7 Plus should last an hour longer than the 6s Plus, but that simply isn't enough.
