Probably my favorite case right now for the Nexus 5X is the SUPCASE Unicorn Beetle. They offer this for most phones, but it's so minimalistic yet works great on the Nexus 5X. It offers just enough protection to let owners forget about worrying, yet it isn't too bulky and doesn't get in the way. It's the same dual layer soft TPU inner shell and harder outer shell as most, but with a different look. It also has a clear back in 2/3 colors, allowing the Nexus branding and design to show through for Nexus fans. It's also really cheap, and fits like a glove. This is what I use. | ||||||||||||||||

I love wallet cases. However, the stitching will scratch any screen over time, even Gorilla Glass… Screen protectors help, but because there is extra pressure on the screen where the stitching touches the screen, there will be potential for cracking/bending…
