The Snapchat World Lens for hearts is the other side of the heart eyes that you could already use. When you switch the to rear-camera and tap without a face you will see hearts flow forth on screen. They float by and eventually pop. 

Tap to switch cameras to the front-facing camera and you can join in with the normal Snapchat Lens option that puts hearts on your face.
