The S7 has a similar design to previous models, but it is different and won’t fit cases for the Galaxy S6. This means you’ll need a new case. If you’re getting the Galaxy S7 as a family member upgrades to the S8 or S9, you’ll want a case too. Remember, it’s IP68 water resistant, so you won’t need a waterproof case.

It has a nice polycarbonate hard-shell and soft rubber squeezing through the plastic for added grip. Which explains the name. This year Speck actually has three kinds available, with more coming. My favorite case for the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S5 way back in the day is finally back and has been released for the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge lineup. Well, seems like everybody forgot how Samsung sucked with the last S6 viewcase – the case scratched the phone, and that’s why I did not buy it – Now my S6 screen is history. Samsung sucks and their tabs do to – So many battery problems – just ask the people who actually repair them

The “always on” display does NOT work with the clear view case, it disables it. Can you please point this out as I believe Samsung ripped me off selling me an overpriced item which does not do what it says on the tin. I always buy Samsung but I’m furious about this!

I use spigen thin fit that gives the exact grip I need while at the gym. But most of the time I stay naked using the gadgetshieldz full body protector. I was surprised with the quality of the screen protector. Consider getting one for the device to stay protected.
