If you want to jailbreak your iPad avoid the iOS 10.3.3 update. As of right now, there's no way to jailbreak the iOS 10.3.3 update. It's unclear when or even if a jailbreak tool will be released for the latest version of iOS 10. Developers have teased iOS 10.3.1 and iOS 10.3.2 jailbreaks but nothing has materialized and it's unclear if we'll ever see a tool reach the thousands who still love to jailbreak their devices. If you want to jailbreak iOS 10 you need to own an iPad Pro and be on Apple's iOS 10.2 update or an older version of iOS 10. Again, there's no way to downgrade to the iOS 10.2 update. If you don't own an iPad Pro and you want to jailbreak your device, you must be on iOS 9.3.3 or below. There's also no way to get back to any of Apple's older iOS updates. Messaging appears to be messed up after the 10.3.1 upgrade on an iPad Pro. Messages are appearing in the incorrect threads and some phone numbers cannot be reached at all even though they worked just previous to the upgrade. The phone number is not registered with iMessage error now appears even though that same number works on an iPhone.

Once again another upgrade from Apple that installs without a hitch. One of the main reasons I left Microsoft hardware and have never looked back since.
