The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 release is probably months away and Samsung will likely launch at least one exciting smartphone before then. That device? The Samsung Galaxy S8. 

The Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge were two of our favorites from 2017 and huge improvements over the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge from 2015. We and many others are excited to see the direction Samsung takes this year's device.

Samsung Galaxy S8 rumors are starting to pickup speed as we push toward Mobile World Congress though the Galaxy S8 won't be announced at MWC 2017 in Barcelona, Spain. The device will reportedly be at the event though it will only be shown behind closed doors with a larger launch coming in March, possibly on March 29th. 

A report out of Korea claims the Samsung Galaxy S8 release date will land on April 15th, a few weeks after the announcement. This date hasn't been confirmed though it would be a change from last year's early Galaxy S7 release which took place on March 11th.

Galaxy S8 rumors haven't settled on the exact specifications of the device though we do expect to see two different models this year.
