3 Reasons Not to Buy Fallout 4 & 3 Reasons to

Don't Buy It Yet If You Don't Have Time

It's still early in the year and maybe you're lucky enough to have a few days or weeks off to play Fallout 4 on PC, Xbox One and PS4. You'll get to put in hours and hours of gameplay. There is a lot to do in Fallout 4 and that's fantastic. If you have the time.

As Polygon's reviewer put it, he found it "easy to lose 15 or 20 minutes at a workbench in Fallout 4 fiddling with my weapons, trying to come up with just the right combination of parts to suit my playstyle, and my available resources." He's correct. You can and will lose 30 minutes standing stationary at workbenches in your settlements.

If you only have an hour to play games per night during the week, losing 15-20 minutes fiddling around at the crafting bench or in your inventory means that you might have 40 minutes to do everything else.

For some people, that's fine. Maybe you do a mission a night. For others, this fractured type of gameplay will take away from the enjoyment and the immersion that makes Fallout 4 so good.  I completely ruined Skyrim for myself by stopping for a month.

It could be that your time and money will be better spent with a game that you, or the person you're buying for, can pick up and put down. Black Ops 3, FIFA 16, Star Wars Battlefront. Games like that.

My advice is to wait until you do have some free time and the patience to deal with a game that requires a lot of time and a lot patience at this point.

If you're unsure, but are dead set on buying Fallout, make sure you don't pay $60 for a game that could be sitting in a drawer for weeks, months, or longer.

This game has NO REPLAYABILITY. Just go in Steam and read the reviews… unfortunately, this “3 Reasons Not to Buy Fallout 4 & 3 Reasons to” is far from reality. As I said, just go and read the negative reviews on steam… it’s from people, who love fallout. The story is NOT so good, the map is ALSO NOT so good, lots of areas are boring, unrewarding and the crafting is very frustrating.. but that’s why you should read many reviews and judge by yourself ;) this was the opinion of the writer, I give you mine and what I read in steam… I was thinking to buy it now, it costs 19 euro with a discount. I played the free weekend, seemed ok, but after I read the reviews, im sure im not buying this. Not for 19 euro… maybe 5 after some time and when I can get all the dlcs on normal price…
