Published

on

With a Samsung Galaxy S6 release date coming in April and an HTC One M9 release date confirmed for April 10th, right now is a horrible time to buy a new smartphone. That said, we realize that many of you don’t have the luxury of waiting a few weeks and that’s why we’ve put together a list of devices we think represent the five best phones you can buy right now.

Earlier this month, HTC and Samsung both took the stage at Mobile World Congress to announce their 2015 flagships. HTC announced an HTC One M9 to replace its HTC One M8 while Samsung debuted a Galaxy S6 to replace its Galaxy S5. The Galaxy S6 actually comes in two different formats, a regular Galaxy S6 and a curved Galaxy S6 Edge.

These two devices should be two of the best from 2015 and that’s why we recommend waiting, if you can. We realize that some people can’t wait a couple of weeks for April to arrive which is why we’ve put together a list of the best phones you can buy this month. We’ve kept the list small because these are the five phones that we think you absolutely must cross off your list before buying a new device in March.

iPhone 6s rumors are starting to swirl but that doesn't mean that an arrival in the United States is imminent. No, the iPhone 6s release is probably still several months away at least which means that the iPhone 6 will remain in its place as one of the top phones on the market.

Apple's 4.7-inch iPhone 6 is one of the best phones money can buy. The device features an excellent feature set that doesn't come with many weaknesses. Its design is capable, its camera is one of the best on the market, and it receives years of software support from Apple. It's a wise investment for those that aren't turned off by the closed iOS operating system.

The flagship iPhone 6 is still on the expensive side, $199.99 and up, though we've started to see some iPhone 6 deals emerge in the months after its release. Keep an eye out for iPhone 6 deals as March comes to a close. You may be able to knock a bit off its expensive price tag.
