5 Best Smartphones [January, 2014]

Nexus 5

In our opinion, Google's Nexus 5 is also among the best smartphone options available during the month of January. The Nexus 5, which is made by LG, combines a sleek durable design with a high-resolution display, quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, a camera that was recently improved with a software update, three carrier choices in AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint, and a vanilla version of Android 4.4.

It's also one of the cheapest unlocked smartphones around, commanding a mere $350 for a 16GB version. A 32GB model is only $400 off-contract. The price, combined with the specifications, make this a smartphone that is certainly worth consideration.

Where is the fastest most advanced cell phone? It’s not even on this list, it’s ranked number 1 on antutu’s own website and has 3 different world firsts not to mention the fastest quad core processor (snapdragon 800).. the three world firsts being USB micro 3.0, 3GB ram, and 4k recording… As a matter of fact it’s still there only phone with these feature, the note 3 is the best one of all of these… Can’t believe yall put the s4 on there, it has the inferior snapdragon 600 clocked at 1.9…
