The Nexus 5 is nearly 9 months old, and there are some shoppes looking forward to a rumored Nexus 6, but overall this is still a top choice for users that want a version of Android without carrier branding or manufacturer add-ons. Not only do you get a very slimmed down version of Android, but you get access to updates faster, and it should include a new update we expect Google will announce later this year. The Nexus 5 includes a -inch 1080P display, 4G LTE and a 8MP rear facing camera. This may not be the best Android camera on the market, but for $350 off contract it's still a good value. There is no Micro SD card slot so if you need more than 16GB of storage you'll need to spend $50 more to get the 32GB model. Google Play offers the Nexus 5 from Google off contract for $349 | ||||||
