The new LG G5 will be one of the most powerful phones released in the first half of 2016, and be very similar under the hood as the Galaxy S7 and many other phones. Here’s what we know so far based on multiple leaks, benchmarks, first-hand reports and other various sources.

Qualcomm confirmed today the G5 will have its new Snapdragon 820 processor. This has some fancy features for amazing 4K video recording and slow-motion video capture, fast charging technology to recharge the battery quicker, and much more. It's also very fast, while being more efficient. Meaning improved performance while getting better battery life at the same time.

The G5 sounds great on paper, and we'll know soon enough once they unveil it on the 21st of February.
