Anker 18w Quick Charger

Anker, a popular manufacturer that makes some excellent 10ft micro-USB charging cords that have made my life much easier, also offer a quick charger you'll want to consider. This is actually what I used for years, before switching to USB Type-C.

The Anker 18w Quick Charge 2.0 certified charger will power up your device up to 75% faster than typical chargers, and has a high 2.0 amp output. These work wonderfully with the Galaxy S6, and will charge all your other micro-USB powered devices at regular speeds. It's completely safe. They even have a new one with two ports for charging multiple devices.

your phones operating system has crashed and when you turn it off it wont go past the samsung upload screen then samsung cannot do anything to hep you your carrier has to flash the operating system back on your phone but if they dont have the technology in stores to do that then ytheyll have to replace the phone but usually thats a free replacement being its through the carrier defect. i went through the same thing with sprint about august of 2015

Ah so the quick charge 2.0 mechanism is compatible / can be taken advantage of by Samsung’s fast charging?

Cory, really useful information. But I think there’s more new technologies by samsung that can compete with these old ones and can perform more better. Yes, it’s the new ‘Samsung Fast charge’: it is the Samsung Fast Charge as it is dubbed is made to revolutionize the concept of recharging smart devices. Earlier the company announced a wireless charging built-in into the Galaxy S6. But even more eye catching has been the inclusion of new concept into the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+. I bought a new Samsung S6 about 10 months ago. My quick charger is no longer working. Do I need to buy a new one or can I get it replaced?

Cindy my charger failed too after owning the phone for only a few months. I contacted samsung thru their website and they opened a ticket for me and asked me to send it in and they would replace it. It has to be in the first 12 months. Also if you are with Verizon they might give you another free. Samsung was going to take 2 to 4 weeks turn around so I called verizon and they just sent me one for free. (Actually they were out of stock but they had me purchase from samsung and just gave me an account credit for the amount I spent)

I have purchased so many of these Chargers at first when I get it it will charge in about an hour and 15 minutes then about a week later 3 hours then 6 hours and yesterday 9 hours I believe the chargers I purchased from eBay are a dud. I am just going to have to spend the money and buy one from Samsung directly because I have so many Chargers that are incapable of doing what they used to do when I first got them
