We don't know when Apple will release iOS 9.1. The safest bet is on a release in late October alongside the Apple TV 4 but that's not confirmed. 

When Apple announces a release date ahead of time, it makes it easy to prepare. You know precisely how many days you have to prepare yourself, and your device, for the new update. In the case of iOS 9.1, you may not have a clue. That makes it much harder to prepare. 

That's why we recommend doing some prep work ahead of the iOS 9.1 release date. It doesnt have to be a ton but it'd be wise to look into the iOS 9 jailbreak process and the iOS downgrade process. You might also want to get familiar with our pre-installation tips.
